In partnership with our friends at LiLaConnect, Breeze Fibre are now providing internet connectivity services for homes and businesses in the Stoke-On-Trent area.

Business Broadband Packages
Internet Connection

At Breeze, we believe that you deserve one speed of internet connection for business broadband – the maximum speed possible.

That’s why we only offer one package for small and medium-sized businesses – we simply call it Breeze Business Gigabit.

We understand that the broadband needs of a business are different from those of a typical home.  Data download and upload patterns are different, weekly data usage is concentrated into a shorter time span, service level and support requirements are more immediate, and on and on…

That is why business circuit charges cost slightly more than home services.

Here’s what you need to know:
After the team from LiLaConnect have connected the fibre in your business, activation of the Breeze Broadband connection costs £34.99 plus VAT
We provide a free high performance WiFi Router on loan as part of your service
Monthly download and upload data usage is unlimited
The contract is rolling monthly and costs £44.99 per month plus VAT (you can cancel with a months notice at any time)

Telephone Connection

While we all have mobile phones, a lot of homes still have landline phones and landline numbers.

At Breeze we understand that retaining those numbers is important, so we’ve made sure that all our internet router devices have built-in full support for telephony services.

You can simply plug in your existing analogue phone or DECT base station device to the telephone port on the back of the router.

In addition, our routers also have a built-in DECT base station which is compatible with most modern DECT handsets – you just need to quickly register them with the base station (and we provide simple “how to” guides for most common DECT handsets models).

We can port your existing landline number to an internet phone line for a small administration fee. The number remains your property and the process typically takes around 2 weeks to complete.

We then offer a simple monthly line rental fee where you can pay as you go for outbound calls at a fraction of the cost os standard BT call rates, or you can have an all-inclusive bundle to provide unlimited calls to UK landlines and mobile numbers.

Here’s what  you need to know:
Number port admin fee is a £8.33 plus VAT one off cost .
Standard monthly line rental is £4.99 per month plus VAT.
Line rental with call bundle is £8.33 per month plus VAT and includes calls to UK Landline numbers starting with 01 / 02 / 03 and mobile numbers starting with 07.

Router and WiFi Upgrades

There is little point in having the fastest possible broadband service unless you have the networking equipment which allows you to use it.

Our standard router is loaned to you free of charge for the duration of your contract provides.

This is the Fritz!Box 7530 – a Gigabit capable device with 3 unused Gigabit network ports allowing you to directly connect your computing (laptops / desktops…) or media devices (such as TVs, Sky Boxes…) and achieve up to gigabit speeds when using a wired connection.

WiFi coverage is extensive and a single device should be suitable for most domestic homes up to 3 or 4 bedrooms in size.

The theoretical maximum WiFi connection speed you can expect to achieve is up to 866 MBits using the 5 GHz WiFi bands and 400 MBits using the 2.4 GHz WiFi Bands.

As mentioned, these are all theoretical speeds which are really only possible in perfect conditions – you need to be in the same room and right beside the WiFi router, have a good client WiFi device and no interference from the 5 to 50 competing WiFi signals from your neighbours.

In reality, you can expect to achieve up to a best-case speed of 150 to 200 MBits using the 2.4 GHz band and 400 to 500 MBits using the 5 GHz band.

If you really need a higher speed WiFi connection, or you need to extend WiFi coverage to other areas of your home, we have a number of available options.

To start, you can add a WiFi extender device which will talk to the base router and extend the coverage bubble. The Fritz!Repeater 1200 device is the basic unit to use with the provided router, and you can deploy one or more of these devices to extend the coverage zone.

For faster WiFi overall, you can upgrade to the 7590 router which delivers all the same core functionality, but offers 4 unused Gigabit network ports, theoretical WiFi speeds of 1733 MBits using the 5 GHz band and 800 MBits using the 2.5 GHz bands. really demands a  suitable higher end mobile phone, tablet or laptops. In reality, you can expect to achieve up to a doubling of speed compared to the standard router.

If you want to extend your WiFi coverage bubble and maintain these high speeds,  you are best to use one or more of the Fritz!Repeater 3000 devices.

(We understand that this is all quite complex to understand – so please feel free to contact us by phone / contact form or  online chat for advice on your specific requirements.)

Here’s what  you need to know:
Upgrade from standard Fritx!Box 7530 router to Fritx!Box 7590 router has an additional monthly fee of £4.16 plus VAT per month.
Fritz!Repeater 1200 has an additional monthly fee of £3.33 plus VAT per month.
Fritz!Repeater 3000 has an additional monthly fee of £4.99 plus VAT per month.
